This website and online store are operated under the trade name Master Xi by GALAXY STONE CO., LIMITED. These Terms of Service apply when you visit masterxigift.com, use its services, or place an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You must provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and delivery information.
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with the website’s security or operation, or infringe the rights of Master Xi or another person.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Product dimensions, weights, colors, materials, components, production methods, certificates, and included accessories are stated on the applicable product page.
Because certain products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, pattern, positioning, and detail may occur. These natural variations are not defects unless the delivered item materially differs from the product description or agreed specification.
Cultural, religious, symbolic, or traditional descriptions explain a product’s artistic and cultural context. They do not promise financial, health, spiritual, personal, or other measurable results.
3. Prices and Market Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency of the market selected on the website. Products in the United States market are displayed in USD, and products in the Singapore market are displayed in SGD. The currency and final total shown in the accepted checkout order control the transaction.
Prices may change before an order is placed. A price change does not alter the price of an order that we have already accepted. A customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may independently charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees; those charges are not collected by Master Xi.
4. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Applicable taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, handling fees, and similar government or carrier charges are borne by the buyer.
Master Xi collects a charge only when Shopify separately itemizes it and includes it in the final checkout total before payment. Any charge that is not itemized and collected at checkout is not prepaid to Master Xi and remains the buyer’s or recipient’s responsibility. It may be collected later by a customs authority, shipping carrier, or another authority.
- United States: United States market prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable US sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government or carrier charges. Any amount that Shopify calculates for collection is shown in the order summary before payment.
- Singapore: Singapore market prices are displayed in SGD and are not presented as universally GST-inclusive. Any GST, import GST, customs duty, handling fee, or other amount that Shopify calculates for collection is shown in the order summary before payment.
Free shipping does not include or waive taxes, duties, import fees, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or handling charges. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.
5. Shipping
Master Xi currently ships to eligible addresses in Singapore and the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., US territories, and other countries are not currently served.
All shipping methods currently offered at checkout are free, with no minimum order value:
- United States: Standard Shipping or USPS
- Singapore: Standard Shipping or SF Express
Processing, production, transit, tracking, delivery, and lost-package terms are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
6. Orders and Acceptance
After an order is submitted, Shopify sends an order acknowledgement to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment if payment cannot be authorized; an item or required material is unavailable; the delivery address is outside our service area; there is an evident pricing, inventory, or product-information error; fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected; or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations and Address Changes
Contact service@masterxigift.com immediately to request a cancellation or delivery-address change.
We will try to assist if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment, but no cancellation or address change is effective until we confirm it in writing. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled and its delivery address cannot be changed.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Made-to-order Thangka products are subject to the specific eligibility rules stated in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Master Xi charges no restocking fee. The restocking fee is 0%. Return-label responsibility, return-shipping costs, exchange procedures, refund timing, and damaged-item procedures are stated in the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
9. Payment
You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the final checkout total. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order, device, market, or location.
10. Intellectual Property
The website’s text, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to GALAXY STONE CO., LIMITED unless otherwise stated. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and retain ordinary order records for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain third-party payment, shipping, tracking, communication, social-media, analytics, or other services and links. A third party’s separate terms and privacy practices apply when you use its service. We are not responsible for an unaffiliated third-party website or service, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Website Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the website for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes any product guarantee, consumer right, liability for fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GALAXY STONE CO., LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
