Here’s how it all works.
How do I join and see my points?
Membership is free. Create an account or sign in, then open Rewards to see your balance, available rewards and points history. The 50-point welcome reward is available once per person.
How are purchase points calculated?
Members earn 1 point per US$1 of eligible spending, excluding shipping and taxes. Fractional points are rounded down. Points are adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded. Check your Rewards history for the points credited to each order.
How do I use my US$5 reward?
When you have 100 points, open Rewards and redeem them for a US$5 discount code. Use that code at checkout on an order of US$5 or more. Each code is for the member who redeemed it and can be used once. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
Can I redeem points directly in the cart?
Select the Rewards link in your cart to open your member rewards. Redeem your points there, then apply your discount code at checkout.
Do custom gift enquiries earn points?
Browsing a custom project or starting a WhatsApp enquiry does not earn points. Purchase points apply to eligible store orders recorded under your member account.
